Monsieur Gin is a London Dry Gin with strong principles. Juniper berries, coriander seeds, verbena leaves and elderflowers come from organic farming. Distillation, in the excellence of tradition, is done in a small still (500 liters). Monsieur Gin is blended with pure water from the Gensac-la-Pallue spring located less than 5 km flem Cognac. The expression of an ancestral French know-how allows the best ingredients selected throughout the year to deliver the authenticity of an exceptional London Dry Gin.
