Carefully peeled, only the fragrant yellow zest is selected, devoid of bitterness. The peel undergoes a 30-day infusion in alcohol, extracting aromatic and coloring compounds. After separation, the blend is enriched with sugar and high-quality grappa, resulting in the unique and unmistakable Limoncino Bottega.
