Monsieur Fernand Whisky is a 100% French blended malt whisky. Carefully prepared by hand. Monsieur Fernand Whiskey is made from organic malted barley. It is distilled in a traditional Charente still before being aged for more than 4 years in old cognac barrels. A finish is made in old barrels of Pineau des Charentes before being reduced with water from the local source of Gensac-La-Pallue.
