The search for flavour is a vocation impossible to resist: this wine is recognised the world over as a natural, authentic expression of not only Tuscany, but most of all, its people, who are devoted to quality. How it is made Red wine vinification, with maceration of the skins for around 15-20 days, and frequent, delicate pumping over. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 30-32 C.
